CHIEN LUNG MARTIAL ARTS
Chien Lung is an ancient Chinese healing and martial art, which incorporates seven animals. These are used as archetypes for introspection, learning, and change. As a functional system for understanding the self, Chien Lung promotes knowledge, physical and emotional balance, and a deep sense of well-being. In order to attain and maintain this balance, it provides an integrated system comprised of two basic styles embodying Yin (soft style) and Yang (hard style). The three cats of the Yang style and the three snakes of the Yin style are all combined and interwoven to achieve the Dragon.
